Procedure Description:
Asian female who was referred to Dr. Sanan for augmentation septorhinoplasty. In Asian patients, the septum is markedly smaller and shorter compared to Caucasian patients. Dr. Sanan used a rib graft from the patient in order to augment and build up her bridge, and lift the tip of her nose. Her after shows a natural nose that fits her face. Her breathing is dramatically improved and she is so happy!
